AND OF COURSE ITS NOT JUST ABOUT TOPPING UP YOUR TAN IN THE SHADOW OF THE TOUR EIFFEL EVERYONE, JUST AS YOUR STARTED TO THINK WHO NEEDS THE MALDIVES OR ILE MAURICE YOU MIGHT ALSO FIND YOURSELF DOING A LITTLE OF THIS:

Remember  classes will only start that have the minimum number of people required to run them registered. Once you have registered  the start date of the class will be confirmed once there are enough people signed up

You can also find plenty of free eating and exercise advice, programs and articles on this site. There are several nutritional programs over in the groups section and in the blog you'll find plenty of articles on training, health and diet as well to help you put together a sensible and effective healthy exercise and diet plan. Remember the best program is one that you can stick too and that works for you in relation to your schedule and lifestyle!

 

 

 

 OUR OUTDOOR BOOTCAMP STYLE EXERCISE CLASSES ARE A GREAT WAY TO EFFECTIVELY BURN FAT AND GET YOUR FITNESS LEVELS BACK IN A FUN, SUPPORTIVE AND MOTIVATING ENVIRONMENT. WE ALSO OFFER SMALL GROUP AND ONE TO ONE TRAINING.

 

WHATEVER YOUR LEVEL OF FITNESS IS YOU CAN STILL JOIN US, CLASSES ARE DESIGNED TO MOTIVATE  AND INSPIRE YOU TO DO YOUR BEST AND IMPROVE YOUR LEVEL OF FITNESS AND BURN FAT AND HAVE A GREAT TIME DOING IT!

EACH TERM THE FOLLOWING CLASSES ARE OFFERED 

ALSO AVAILABLE ON THE SITE ARE SEVERAL FREE NUTRITIONAL PROGRAMS TO COMBINE WITH YOUR TRAINING PROGRAM TO HELP IF FAT LOSS IS YOUR GOAL 

 

What do i need to know?

 

If you want to join up to the most popular, effective and fun outdoor workout class in Paris then this is the right place.


Classes in March and April are scheduled numbers permitting to take place at 4 venues across Paris, Champ Mars, Parc Monceau Jardin Luxembourg and Jardin Ranelagh.

Our workouts are designed to help you burn fat, rapidly increase your fitness levels and build a strong core and have fun doing it.

1) Outdoor exercise Classes 

 

Outdoor Bootcamp exercise classes are scheduled to run up to 3x weekly at Champ Mars, and 2 x weekly at Ranelagh parc, Parc Monceau and Luxembourg Jardins in the March and April term 2016

Each class lasts around 50 mins. For more details see the FAQ section  and class  schedule above. 

2) Personal Training and small group traiining.

Maybe you have a very specific goals in mind or enjoy a certain type of workout  ? Or you are short on time and can't get to the group workouts ?

 Maybe you  need more personal attention and motivation?  Or have health and fitness issues that would work best with a personal program?

Or maybe you want to work out with a friend or a partner?Maybe you want to supplement your group workouts or other training with one to one sessions to get the best results you can in the shortest time possible?

There are many reasons why people choose to work with a trainer one on one, if this is something you are considering or just have questions about then please feel free to contact me. I'll be happy to answer any questions you have. If after we decide that personal training is going to work for you we'll schedule a full fitness assesment and sit down and plan out a training, health and nutrition program that fits with your lifestyle and goals.

3) Boxercise

 

Boxercise is a great way to have an extremely effective and fun workout not just for your body but also for your mind! We use focus pads to learn not only basic punching but more advanced combinations and defensive moves. 

Each class has a learning and technique section followed by a drills section were you use the punches and combinations you've learned to get a great workout using the whole body. It's low impact if you have any kind of lower body joint issues and also safe, you learn to hit the pads NOT each other!

 You can either sign up to attend all your classes at one venue or multiple venues. eg Champ Mars Tuesday, Ranelagh Thursdays etc

Simply state on the registration form which classes you wish to attend. 

 

Our out door exercise classes are a great way to get fitter, lose fat, and have fun doing it.

 

 

TO SIGN UP FOR THE OUTDOOR EXERCISE CLASSES SIMPLY  COMPLETE THE REGISTRATION  AND HEALTH HISTORY DOCUMENTS AND RETURN THEM ALONG WITH PAYMENT BY THE DAY OF THE FIRST CLASS.

NEW SATURDAY CLASSES

Saturday classes are now scheduled at the Champ de Mars for FEB and MARCH 2017

All classes start at 10.15am and last 50 to 60 mins. Cost is 12 euros.
