What do i need to know?
If you want to join up to the most popular, effective and fun outdoor workout class in Paris then this is the right place.
Classes in March and April are scheduled numbers permitting to take place at 4 venues across Paris, Champ Mars, Parc Monceau Jardin Luxembourg and Jardin Ranelagh.
Our workouts are designed to help you burn fat, rapidly increase your fitness levels and build a strong core and have fun doing it.

1) Outdoor exercise Classes
Outdoor Bootcamp exercise classes are scheduled to run up to 3x weekly at Champ Mars, and 2 x weekly at Ranelagh parc, Parc Monceau and Luxembourg Jardins in the March and April term 2016
Each class lasts around 50 mins. For more details see the FAQ section and class schedule above.
2) Personal Training and small group traiining.
Maybe you have a very specific goals in mind or enjoy a certain type of workout ? Or you are short on time and can't get to the group workouts ?
Maybe you need more personal attention and motivation? Or have health and fitness issues that would work best with a personal program?
Or maybe you want to work out with a friend or a partner?Maybe you want to supplement your group workouts or other training with one to one sessions to get the best results you can in the shortest time possible?
There are many reasons why people choose to work with a trainer one on one, if this is something you are considering or just have questions about then please feel free to contact me. I'll be happy to answer any questions you have. If after we decide that personal training is going to work for you we'll schedule a full fitness assesment and sit down and plan out a training, health and nutrition program that fits with your lifestyle and goals.
Boxercise is a great way to have an extremely effective and fun workout not just for your body but also for your mind! We use focus pads to learn not only basic punching but more advanced combinations and defensive moves.
Each class has a learning and technique section followed by a drills section were you use the punches and combinations you've learned to get a great workout using the whole body. It's low impact if you have any kind of lower body joint issues and also safe, you learn to hit the pads NOT each other!
You can either sign up to attend all your classes at one venue or multiple venues. eg Champ Mars Tuesday, Ranelagh Thursdays etc
Simply state on the registration form which classes you wish to attend.
Our out door exercise classes are a great way to get fitter, lose fat, and have fun doing it.
