The BMI Is BS: How The Weight Loss Industry Uses the Wrong Measuring Stick

Hi guysthis is another great article from Tom Venuto i thought i'd share. I must admit i thought this arguement had been well and truly put to bed by now but iy appears that there are still people in the health industry promoting BMI as a measure of body composition. Hi Chris, I'm not very good with the internet ( !! ) could you or someone give me the exact address where this group meets, I'd like to come on monday, as I didn't find the map. Also for info I have access to this computer only on thursdays and fridays.(which explains why I'm not "douée" with computers. I can view mails until 5 this afternoon.

Hi Chris,

I plan on attending both sessions next week at Tuileries. In a few weeks my schedule will change and I may have to start attending the lunchtime workout at Ranelagh however.

Can't wait to startup again(she says trying to muster up the courage)...my niece and I didn't quite make that second workout just before the summer break...too many sights to see and so little time you know!

NEW SATURDAY CLASSES

WEEKEND classes are now scheduled at the Champ de Mars for SEPT AND OCT 2017

All classes start at 10.15am and last 50 to 60 mins. Cost is 12 euros. 

Please  confirm by 7pm Friday if you are attending
